Analyze and implement efficient HVAC Mechanical Energy Efficiency techniques which include pneumatic, mechanical and electrical control sequences for better operating efficiency of air handling units, exhaust systems and blower units in buildings. Propose, develop and implement project quality assurance plans. Prepare submittals and develop project costing on egordian for HVAC/MEP Systems and General Construction. Review the design of control modules for optimum performance of HVAC Systems. Coordinate and review engineering specifications, drawings, quantity and cost estimates. Interpret Engineering and architectural CAD drawings for /to subcontractors. Coordinate with
multiple subcontractors at multiple locations.
Skills
required: Theory of Elasticity, Quality Management, Mechanism of Materials, and Convection Heat Transition. Master's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Monmouth Junction, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
